Yes — we work with a combination of trusted New Zealand and global suppliers to source crystals that align with the quality, beauty, and energetic standards Soulove Gems is known for. Finding the best pieces is always our top priority.

We take our time selecting every piece, ensuring it not only meets our aesthetic standards, but also carries the frequency and presence we want our customers to experience.

How does shipping work?

Orders are lovingly and carefully packaged with intention within 1–3 business days, so your experience feels meaningful from the moment it leaves us.

We offer a range of shipping options across New Zealand, with rates varying depending on location. Enjoy FREE shipping on all NZ orders over $150.

We also now ship to Australia, making it easier for our Soulove community across the Tasman to receive their crystals.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

Every crystal is wrapped with deep care to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. We use protective packaging, including bubble wrap and recycled materials from our suppliers wherever possible, allowing us to honour both your crystals and the earth with thoughtful, reduced-waste packaging.

Do you offer local pick-up?

Yes — Soulove Gems is based in Flatbush, Auckland. Pick-up time can be arranged via email with Melissa. We do prefer pick-up during school hours or Sundays.

Are the crystals cleansed before I receive them?

Yes — every crystal at Soulove Gems is energetically cleansed upon arriving into our space and is regularly cleared throughout the week within the shop. Before your order is packaged, each piece is intuitively prepared to ensure it feels energetically refreshed, balanced, and ready to connect with you.

Many of our customers say they can immediately feel the energy of their crystals when they arrive, which is why energetic care is such an important part of our process.

We also recommend creating your own cleansing rituals at home and investing in a cleansing kit with tools such as sage or palo santo to maintain your crystals’ energy over time.


Ways we recommend cleansing your crystals:

Palo Santo or Sage
Gently move the smoke around your crystal with intention to clear stagnant or heavy energy and reset its frequency.

Running Water
Some crystals can be lightly rinsed under cool running water to energetically refresh them. (Please note: not all crystals are water-safe, so always check first.)

Moonlight
Leaving your crystals under the moonlight, especially during a full moon, is a beautiful way to recharge and amplify their natural energy.

Selenite Plates or Bowls
Selenite is known for its cleansing properties and can be used to energetically clear other crystals simply by placing them on or beside a selenite plate or bowl.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the nature of crystals and energetic work, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged. We encourage conscious selection and are always happy to assist before purchase.
